A Hole Lotta Graf.
Not quite a beer. Not quite a cider.
A graf (or graff) is a hybrid drink — brewed from malted grains and apple juice, fermented together to create something crisp, refreshing, and full of character. Think the backbone of a good beer with a clean hit of apple running through it.
Hole Lotta Graf is our own take on the style. Apple-infused, smooth, and dangerously drinkable, it brings the best of both worlds into one proper pint. There’s body from the malt, bite from the apple, and a dry, refreshing finish that keeps you coming back for another.
The style was famously name-checked in Stephen King’s The Dark Tower series, but this one wasn’t born in a book — it was born behind the bar, made for grafters who like their drinks honest, a little different, and full of flavour.

Brewed for Georgian Day 2025, Hole Lotta Ale is an ale made to stand out. At 8.4%, it’s strong, but not heavy, the kind of beer you can savour and fits right with the buzz and energy of Georgian Day.
Strong ales were once the staple of winter gatherings and Georgian Day still brings together all walks of life, just as it did centures ago and this limited release is our way of raising a glass to that meeting of eras. Bold, historic at heart, and very much of the now – it’s a proper Georgian day pint.
Good Times – Hazy Pale Ale 4.5%
Our hazy pale ale is packed with vibrant tropical notes, bursting with flavours reminiscent of juicy mango, ripe pineapple, and a hint of citrus.
Each sip delivers a smooth, velvety mouthfeel that makes it incredibly easy to drink from start to finish, whether you’re unwinding after a long day or enjoying time with friends.
